Raw Blackberry Chocolate Mousse (serves 1)
Blend together;
1 cup of Almondmilk
1 small avocado
2 tbs raw Kakao/Cocoa
2 dates (can leave these out if you want it low glycemic)
1/2 cup frozen Blackberries
2 tbs Almondbutter
1 tbs Lecithin
cinnamon & stevia to taste
Top it with gojiberries.
I never use exact measures, so just add more/less liquid depending on the consistency you prefer.
This can also become a Raw 'Icecream' if you put in the freezer for a little while. Enjoy!
