(If you freeze it for a little while it turns into the best raw ice cream.)
In a blender mix together;
2 cups of almond milk
1 small cup of Pistachio nuts
1 avocado
1-2 frozen banana(s)
Organic Spinach leaves (about 1 cup)
4 tbs Chiaseeds
2 Dates
fresh Peppermint leaves
1/2 cup of Cacao nibs
Stevia to taste
I don't use exact measurements, so just add more/less milk depending on how creamy you like your smoothies.
